What you do Manage and grow a portfolio of member relationships through personalized, holistic advice Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, lending, protection, and everyday banking Proactively identify opportunities and manage your pipeline through ongoing outreach Collaborate with internal specialists to support complex financial needsMaintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and regulatory standards Contribute to a positive and collaborative Advice Centre environment

What you bring 3+ years of experience in financial services, including 1+ year in an advisory role Experience with mortgage lending and mutual funds Mutual Funds licence

(required) Strong financial acumen and relationship‑building skills Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology A genuine passion for helping members succeed

Compensation Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.

The salary for this role is $54,000 to $67,500. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
