Key Responsibilities:• Assess and develop program strategic plans with faculty • Lead accreditation processes for HIM programs • Schedule courses and allocate instructional space • Review and update curriculum and admission standards • Monitor student progress and address at-risk students
Requirements:• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred • CHIM certification in Health Information Management • 2-3 years teaching in health information management • 2 years of leadership experience • Proven networking skills with stakeholders
