Uptime Industrial is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of Service Electricians. This role focuses on service excellence, team guidance, and customer engagement.
As an Electrical Field Supervisor, you will partner with the Operations Manager and oversee day-to-day field activities. Your role will include coordinating service calls, supporting electricians in troubleshooting, and building lasting client relationships. Contributing to team development and smooth project delivery will be a key aspect of your job.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily field activities, including service calls • Support electricians with troubleshooting and planning • Develop strong client relationships and communicate clearly • Help coordinate materials and project execution • Mentor the team through coaching and performance talks
Requirements:• Experience leading or supporting a team of electricians • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with satisfactory record • Strong communication and customer-oriented approach • Ability to assess issues and make practical decisions • Experience in industrial settings preferred
