Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate operational and strategic initiatives across the organization • Manage calendars, travel, and executive meeting logistics • Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations • Conduct business analysis and operational assessments • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Requirements:• 3-5 years of executive administration or project coordination experience • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or related fields • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Exceptional communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
