Benefits&Perks
Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission.
Fully onsite in the client’s New Westminster, BC office with regular travel for client meetings and networking activities.
Car allowance provided.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Facility Managers, General Contractors, and Commercial Clients.
Generate new business opportunities focused on recurring property maintenance contracts.
Identify cross‑selling opportunities for mechanical contracting, commercial tenant improvement, and general contracting services.
Attend networking events, industry functions, walkthroughs, and client meetings throughout the Lower Mainland.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal project and operations teams.
Prepare proposals and support the development of client solutions and service offerings.
Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
Track opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, and support business growth initiatives.
Collaborate directly with ownership and leadership on strategic growth opportunities.
Qualifications
2–5 years of Business Development experience within construction, property maintenance, mechanical contracting, or related subcontracting industries.
Strong relationship‑building, networking, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities.
Self‑starter mentality with a strong desire for professional and financial growth.
Comfortable working in a highly client‑facing and networking‑driven environment.
Previous experience selling maintenance contracts or subcontracting services is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Continuous learner with a growth‑oriented mindset and strong personal accountability.
