In this permanent role, focus on supporting the execution of service-related activities by collaborating with customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will include verifying service request details, managing MCOs, and ensuring documentation is both complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:• Review and confirm service request details and credit • Maintain precise records for process auditing • Collaborate in repair execution and real-time updates • Schedule and lead crucial job meetings • Ensure stakeholder communication on job progress
Requirements:• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience • Secondary education in business or similar field • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software • Excellent communication and project management abilities
