Position Overview Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative located in Surrey, BC. The role involves providing expert assistance to customers, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring quick and accurate parts solutions.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales responsibilities

Engaged in all sales activities

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company service offerings

Prospect new customers and demonstrate product benefits

Build ongoing relationships with customers

Respond to customer product inquiries in person, via phone, and email

Provide support to outside sales force

Ensure accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial or fluid power component sales experience

Self‑motivated

Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and desire to succeed

Strong customer satisfaction orientation and service commitment

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and problem‑solving capability

Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

SAP experience an asset

Compensation&Benefits Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year (or more depending on experience, competencies, certifications, etc.).
