The company has evolved into a collaborative network of expert calibrators and dealers, all dedicated to enhancing vehicle performance while maintaining original equipment manufacturer (OEM) integrity.
Our proprietary tools, such as the FlashZilla Pro and InstaTune platform, provide users with intuitive access to performance upgrades. Whether you're seeking increased horsepower&improved torque, or better fuel efficiency, TuneZilla delivers tuning solutions to meet your needs.
TuneZilla continues to set the standard in automotive tuning with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The Role We're looking for an Associate Marketing Manager with a passion for European vehicles to drive TuneZilla's brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital channels. You'll own our marketing strategy and execution, manage our dealer network relationships, and build campaigns that resonate with the automotive aftermarket community. This is a leadership position. You'll lead the plan, not just execute tasks.
What You'll Own
Build and maintain a monthly content calendar spanning social media, blog, email, and product launches
Develop and execute 1–2 major campaigns per month tied to product releases, seasonal promotions, or dealer initiatives
Translate complex technical tuning knowledge into engaging, digestible content that speaks to enthusiasts and professionals alike
With your team, you’ll manage the production of a consistent stream of high-quality assets including long-form blog posts, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, TikTok posts, and other collateral each quarter.
Paid Media&Performance Marketing
Launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns (working with agency support where needed)
Track key metrics including cost per click, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Collaborate with media partners to continuously improve campaign performance
Develop data-driven recommendations on what to scale, pause, or test
Social Media&Community Growth&Affiliate Marketing
Grow TuneZilla's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through engaging video content and community interaction
Oversee content for our bi-weekly email channel
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and escalating when needed
Foster genuine connections with the European automotive enthusiast community
Oversee the TuneZilla affiliate marketing program with support from the affiliate marketing specialist
Create marketing toolkits, graphics, email templates, and promotional materials dealers can deploy in their markets
Support regional launches and campaigns with branded collateral and campaign-specific assets
Gather dealer feedback and market insights to inform future campaign strategy
Develop dealer training and communication resources
Analytics, Reporting&Optimization
Submit monthly performance reports with content metrics, paid campaign results, and growth data
Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Present insights to leadership and inform quarterly strategy adjustments
Lead and manage internal team members and freelance contributors
Assign, review, and approve all marketing work (copy, visuals, timelines, deliverables)
Hold weekly marketing team standups to ensure alignment and accountability
Foster a collaborative and creative environment where creative ideas and problem-solving are encouraged
What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications
4+ years of marketing or marketing management experience in the aftermarket tuning space or European vehicle market
Proven track record managing digital campaigns, paid media, and social media strategies
Strong data literacy—you can read analytics and make evidence-based decisions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Experience managing team members, freelancers, or external vendors
The Ideal Candidate
Passionate about European vehicles and the automotive aftermarket. You're not just marketing a service, you genuinely care about the tuning community, understand the culture, and can speak authentically to enthusiasts.
Strategic thinker who executes. You see the big picture but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and manage day-to-day tasks.
Problem solver. When something isn't working, you don't complain, you propose solutions.
Collaborative leader. You ask questions, listen to feedback, and bring out the best in your team.
Data-driven but creative. You balance analytics with intuition and understand that great marketing lives at the intersection of both.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience&benefits (base salary of $70,000-$90,000)
Full-time position with growth potential
A genuine say in how the brand evolves
The chance to work in an industry you're passionate about
