About the Role This is a mix of work general office support, workflow improvement's&AI-related. Some days you’ll be helping with new tools and improving how we do things, other days it’s making sure the day-to-day stuff runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, organized, and comfortable figuring things out.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping with AI-related tasks like research and improving workflows

Supporting day-to-day office tasks and admin work

Keeping things organized (files, processes, parts processing, etc.)

Communicating with the team and helping keep projects on track

Looking for ways to make things more efficient using tech
