What You’ll Do

Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve“On Time” delivery to customers.

Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.

Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, i.e., no damaged items, freshest selection, etc.

Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.

Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.

Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issue resolution.

Strictly adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area, promptly cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing all pre‑inspection checks before use. Exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
