Start Date: August 2026– FTE: 0.8 (4 days). Wage: $56,571 – $106,929. Responsibilities

Deliver individualized Orton‑Gillingham instruction. Assess students’ literacy skills and use data to inform instruction. Develop and implement structured literacy lesson plans. Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with classroom teachers, resource staff, and families.Maintain transparent documentation of student progress and programming. Support a positive, inclusive learning environment. Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student progress, milestones, and strategies for home support. Provide detailed progress reports at the end of each term or grading period.Qualifications

Orton‑Gillingham training (Associate, Certified, or in progress). Degree or certification in Education, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with students with learning disabilities. Strong understanding of structured literacy and phonics‑based instruction. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.Experience in a school‑based setting is an asset. Offer
