Coast Hotels is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward to uphold our standards. This role includes operating dishwashing equipment, cleaning kitchen areas, and preparing for events. Successful candidates will have some experience in similar positions or be pursuing culinary training, alongside a professional attitude and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently • Support kitchen team with prep work and organization • Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary at all times • Maintain inventory levels and stock supplies as needed • Demonstrate customer service excellence with internal and external contacts

Requirements:• Some related experience preferred; culinary training a plus • FoodSafe certification or equivalent required • Hepatitis A Vaccination recommended • Strong physical mobility and stamina needed • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
