Key Responsibilities:• Perform service installations and technical troubleshooting • Build customer relationships through tailored consultations • Identify and act on sales opportunities during service calls • Facilitate customer understanding of new products offered • Maintain high standards in technicalservice delivery

Requirements:• Proven background in sales and customer service • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract • At least Grade 11 Math education • Excellent problem-solving skills • Knowledge in telecommunications or security preferred
