Van-Roc Interiors JV welcomes applications for a Full-Time Insulator Helper. You will support skilled tradespeople by cutting insulation, loading materials, and maintaining cleanliness on site. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months of relevant experience and a strong physical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:• Cut insulation and place it in ceilings and walls • Manage loading and unloading of construction materials • Support tradespersons with hand and power tools • Clean up job sites using vacuum and wheelbarrows • Follow tasks as directed by supervisors

Requirements:• 6 months experience in a general construction role • Strong physical fitness for the nature of the work • English language capability in a work setting • Flexibility to work at different sites across the region • Ability to take guidance and complete assigned duties
