Managing and executing projects to deliver the project on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with the project specifications. Responsible for the planning and the logistics of assigned projects. Lump Sum and Unit Rate Contract negotiation and start up. Manage resources, cost control, monthly progress estimates, contract change order management.Develop written work plans and methodologies, and coordinate material approvals. Lead the project team in delivering a skilled service and high-quality product. Weekly and Monthly Production Reporting. Professional Communication with Engineers, Stakeholders, Clients, and Sub-Trades. Daily production monitoring.Project submittals and submission tracking. Accurate scheduling and schedule monitoring. Project close out and documentation. Familiar with HCSS HeavyJob management software or equivalent. Scope of Work
