Senior Contract Administrator, Nanaimo

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in Contract Administration Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Word Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture Fully versed in the Ontario, or B.C Building Code and have experience with large-scale institutional buildingsExcellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong analytical/ problem solving skills Strong knowledge of building technology/ assemblies, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements. Able to assemble construction drawing revisions with minimal supervision including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, schedules etc.Ability to coordinate with Contractor, Consultants, Client and Authorities having Jurisdiction Highly organized with the ability to manage time, deadlines and deliverables Self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and who is interested in growing with the firm
