WHAT YOU'LL DO
40%— Team and personnel management
Hiring, training and scheduling
Coaching and evaluating the brigade
Conflict management and work climate
Daily inspections and MAPAQ compliance
30%— Planning and organization
Menu development and management
Implementation of policies and procedures
Analysis of reports and action plans
Delegation and coordination
30%— Financial and material resources
Budget preparation and cost control
Orders, inventory and supply management
Supplier negotiations
Equipment purchasing and maintenance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualities:
Leadership, Creativity, Strategic thinking, Autonomy, Initiative, Versatility, Stress tolerance, Dynamism
Experience and training:
5 to 8 years of experience· DEP, DEC or AEC in culinary arts · Supervision and management experience · MAPAQ certification preferred
