Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a
Production Operator
position in a manufacturing environment.
Laval, QC Salary:
$22/hour Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM
Friday: until 12:00 PM
Evening shift possible (based on operational needs) Permanent, full-time (on-site)
Role Overview You will be involved in daily production operations, ensuring proper machine operation and maintaining product quality in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery
Follow production schedules
Manufacture and assemble parts
Read and interpret technical drawings
Inspect product quality
Complete inspection reports
Perform basic preventive maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of measuring tools
Ability to follow instructions
Detail-oriented and reliable
Team player with a willingness to learn
