Position:
Server– Restaurant (2 positions available)
Full-time· Evenings and weekends (Required) · Laval, Quebec · As soon as possible
Hourly rate: $17.15 + tips
ABOUT Located in the heart of Laval, Sheraton is one of the most recognized hotel destinations in the region. As a Server, you are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in the guest experience we deliver each day. We are looking for two professionals who are passionate about service and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greet guests warmly and provide impeccable service from start to finish
Advise guests on menus, products, and food and wine pairings
Take orders, provide table service, and manage billing
Handle complaints, allergies, and special requests with professionalism
Set up and dismantle your section
Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards at all times
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Apply Sheraton brand policies, procedures, and standards
Perform any other related tasks to support restaurant operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualities:
Friendly, dynamic, team player, organized, autonomous, able to handle stress, detail-oriented, professional
Experience and education: DEP or DEC in hospitality/restaurant service or equivalent training, relevant experience in table service, bilingualism (French-English) required due to regular interactions with an international clientele, knowledge of MAPAQ standards, wine knowledge is an asset.
