Position: Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) Sunbelt Rentals wants you as our Branch Manager.
What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics
Drive financial performance and operational excellence
Manage P&L and reporting functions
Coach and develop your team for success
What We’re Looking For
Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Skills That Set You Apart
Strong leadership and communication
Understanding of P&L and financial controls
Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
High accountability and time management
