Elevate food safety standards as the Quality Continuous Improvement Manager on the bakery leadership team. Collaborate with diverse departments to ensure top product quality and compliance with safety programs.
Reporting to the VP of Business Transformation, this role leads quality initiatives and serves as the Food Safety and Quality expert. You will oversee HACCP plans, conduct comprehensive hazard analyses, and mentor on-shift quality professionals. Strong collaboration with departments such as R&D and Engineering is crucial for integrated operational success.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor on-shift quality professionals • Drive HACCP plans and conduct hazard analyses • Review and verify quality and safety records • Conduct daily inspections and internal audits • Oversee allergen control to prevent cross-contamination
Requirements:• Postgraduate degree in Food Science • 5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing • Strong knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and Quality Systems • Proven leadership and collaboration skills • Flexibility to work varied shifts
