Drive for the National Diabetes Trust as a Charitable Donations Pickup Driver. Enjoy a $1500 signing bonus and full-time 40-hour workweeks while promoting a great cause.
In this critical driver role, you will report to the Operations Manager and follow established routes collecting donated clothing and household items. This position requires a valid Class 5 license and at least five years of driving experience, emphasizing safety and compliance. You will engage with the community while supporting Diabetes Canada’s mission through efficient pickups and positive interactions with donors.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive established routes for donations • Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections • Log and submit daily pickup paperwork • Promote the organization’s mission effectively • Ensure safety compliance at all times
Requirements:• Full Class 5 license required • Minimum of 5 years actual driving experience • Clean driver abstract with no accidents • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs loads • Strong organizational skills for route mapping
