Enhance citizen interactions with the City of Laval as a 311 Service Agent. Your role involves processing information requests through various channels to ensure an excellent citizen experience.
In this position, you will be part of the Citizen Relations Division within the Citizen Experience Service at the City of Laval. Responsibilities include receiving and managing inquiries, complaints, and suggestions from citizens in person, over the phone, and through written communication. The role requires a commitment to high-quality customer service and effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:• Receive and process information requests from citizens • Analyze and identify the nature of inquiries and complaints • Follow up on issues via phone, in writing, and face-to-face • Collaborate with team members to resolve citizen issues • Maintain a high standard of communication andcustomer service
Requirements:• Secondary school diploma required • Minimum 2 years in customer service or call center role • Strong French communication skills, both spoken and written • Proficient in English speaking and writing • Effective interpersonal skills and stress management
