In the Branch Manager role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of operations, including driving sales, customer service, and fleet management. Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily branch operations and logistics • Enhance financial performance through effective P&L management• Develop staff through coaching and training • Promote excellent customer service standards • Ensure smooth fleet maintenance procedures
Requirements:• Business Management degree with rental industry experience • 3–4 years of rental industry exposure preferred • Acceptable driving record with valid license • Effective leadership and accountability skills • Understanding of construction markets is a plus
