Take charge of payroll processing as a Full Time Payroll Administrator. Calculate, prepare cheques, and maintain payroll documentation for employees at our physical location.
Our company is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to manage payroll responsibilities. This full time role requires a college diploma and proficiency in English or French. You will handle payroll calculations, prepare statements of earnings, and ensure compliance with benefit documentation.
Key Responsibilities:• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll • Prepare employee earnings statements with deductions • Generate monthly payroll statements accurately • Manage administration of benefits and pension plans • Prepare T4 statements and other required documents
Requirements:• College diploma in a relevant field (1-2 years) • Minimum 1 to 7 months payroll experience • Proficient in English or French • Ability to work on-site without remote options • Eligible within Canadian employment guidelines
