As the Manager for the Contact Centre, you will oversee business performance to meet operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals. You’ll manage a team, track financial management metrics, and ensure effective staffing to meet provincial demands. Your role is pivotal in linking strategic plans with day-to-day operations, while resolving escalated customer issues and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage business unit performance for operational excellence • Coach staff to enhance performance and engagement • Monitor key performance indicators for service quality • Forecast workload and resource needs effectively • Resolve escalated customer issues decisively

Requirements:• Degree in Business Administration or Commerce • Seven years of business experience, three in supervision • Strong detail orientation in customer service • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Class 5 Driver’s License required for travel
