Repair or replace vehicle windshields with highest skill and care using industry‑leading tools. Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera. Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in vehicle glass installation and other products. Ensure compliance with Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.Maintain proper tool maintenance and adhere to company Health and Safety procedures. Work within company productivity targets. Represent customer interests by providing timely feedback and informing customers of processes. Seek and identify opportunities to increase sales (add‑on products) and develop business opportunities.Display high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and foster genuine relationships with customers and team members. Qualifications

Eager and motivated to learn. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed. Valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice or G2 are not considered full driver’s license). Ability to drive company vehicle to client sites independently. High school diploma or equivalent. Direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset.Exceptional attention to detail. Results‑oriented team player with ability to multitask. Good problem‑solving and communication skills. Available to work a flexible schedule. Willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near home, when required.
