We are seeking a dynamic Shop Manager to lead our dealership operations in Moose Jaw. This role is vital in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance team aligned with our company values. We provide continuous training in house, from the manufacturer, our dealer group network and our many partners and suppliers.Responsibilities

Oversee daily dealership operations ensuring smooth and productive workflow. Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow the Body Shop. Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.Monitor financial performance and control costs. Foster a positive team environment through effective supervision and leadership. Drive process improvements to enhance overall dealership performance. Qualifications

Proven experience in management within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Experience with project management and process improvement. Knowledge of dealership operations and financial metrics.High level of organization and problem-solving skills. Benefits
