Position
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is responsible for conducting all servicing and maintenance tasks at the Training Centre Operations. Location: MooseJaw, Saskatchewan. Pay: Up to$43.96 per hour. Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday Day shift (7AM–3PM) or Evening shift (3PM–11PM). Relocation support available.Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, repair, and test aircraft systems. Remove and replace line‑replaceable units and components. Perform specialty work in maintenance shops as required. Interpret technical publications and diagrams. Maintain tools and equipment necessary for primary duties. Order aircraft spare parts and materials.Conduct flight line servicing operations. Debrief the Team Lead as required. Perform workplace inspections and clean‑ups. Fulfill duties of Desk Controller as needed. Qualifications
Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma, or equivalent (e.g., Canadian Forces AVN Technician). Possession of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License M2 (or M1/M2 combined). Minimum 4 years of aircraft‑related experience. Minimum 3 years of 1st and 2nd line maintenance activities.Proven experience as a team player. Good oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to work shifts; some travel required. Shift schedules vary and are communicated in advance. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of aerospace design and maintenance practices. Ability to obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.Eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit). Preferred Qualifications
