Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the SME for instructor pilot training programs • Design and develop comprehensive courseware • Provide input for courseware acceptance testing • Collaborate on operational policies for training centres • Analyze training needs and prepare risk reports

Requirements:• Experience as an Instructor Pilot in a military environment • Knowledge of synthetic training devices and multimedia training • Strong background in curriculum design and training management • 5–8 years relevant military flight operations experience • Ability to obtain Level I security clearance
