Position Overview The NAPA Auto Parts Person in Outside Sales will provide front-line customer service while supporting parts sales and inventory control. The role will service a regional territory including Assiniboia, Weyburn, and nearby communities, requiring regular travel. Candidates residing within this region are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Manage and grow assigned sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Develop long-term partnerships with repair shops, fleets, and commercial accounts.

Travel within local communities to generate new business and expand the customer base.

Ideal Candidate

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills and organizational skills.

Automotive parts or service experience.

Valid driver's license.
