If so, the YMCA of Regina has a part‑time Early Childhood Educator opportunity available at various childcare centres in Moose Jaw for the summer beginning July 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026. Availability to work either full‑time or part‑time hours. Students are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Understand and uphold Ministry of Education childcare regulations while fostering teamwork.

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore.

Engage and encourage children through the implementation of the YMCA's Playing to Learn Curriculum.

Maintain a clean&healthy workplace according to public health&YMCA standards.

Demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership with parents, families, and team members.

Job Requirements

Early Childhood Education Level I‑III Certification preferred.

Experience working in a structured childcare environment, an asset.

Flexibility regarding assigned working hours.

Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check prior to first day of work and dated no more than 3 months before hire date.

Current: Standard First Aid, CPR

Play&Exploration Training an asset, but not required.
