We are accepting resumes for a full‑time temporary maternity leave position, which could lead into a permanent role. Strong customer service is a must. Social media&clothing retail experience with knowledge of Lululemon clothing is an asset. Must speak fluent English.

Summary of Responsibilities

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

Answers telephone inquiries promptly and professionally

Greets all guests in a friendly and efficient manner

Is knowledgeable about all aspects of spa services and the spa

Books/schedules spa services

Maintains spa guest files/records

Assists guests with retail purchases

Understands and adheres to all company policies and rules

Maintains inventory and stocking of all reception materials

Performs laundry and general cleaning

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends

Must be 19 years old

Must have or be willing to take the Serve It Right Course immediately if hired

Clothing retail experience is an asset

Must have cash handling experience

Knowledge and understanding of spa services

Excellent customer service skills

Upbeat and positive attitude

Problem solver

Excellent communication skills—written&verbal in English

Excellent team player

Self‑motivated

Must have computer experience

Experience in answering phones, filing, reception duties, and basic accounting knowledge

Supervisor experience is an asset
