Responsibilities

Build decks, fences, formwork, and structural framing

Measure, cut, and assemble wood, composites, and light-gauge steel

Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes

Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of construction experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

Able to lift 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift

Valid drivers license (preferred)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements&Details Education: Grade 12

Experience: 1-2 Years

6 months with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Compensation

General labourer - $20-$28

Solid carpenter/crew lead potential $28-$36
