Write digital and radio news stories. Find story ideas, interview sources, and verify information. Build relationships with local stakeholders and news sources. Record and edit news reports for on-air delivery. The Ideal Candidate

You enjoy engaging with the community and learning new things. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are familiar with the Canadian Press Guide. News reporting experience is an asset. Experience with Burli, audio editing software, photography, and/or videography is an asset.You are dedicated to your craft and willing to work outside regular business hours when required. You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
