Floor Clean up, bung wash, leaf lard scraper, box maker, offal sorter, head flusher, Bagger, wrapper, scraper, sortation, packoff. Working knowledge of the production needs product specifications, the flow of production lines, and production-related equipment operation. Following all company, food and health and safety policies and procedures.Reviewing equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition. Performing various production-related duties on a rotation basis. Other production-related tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor Employees are exposed to controlled cold temperatures, noise, a physically laborious fast-paced environment.
