Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites.* Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance.* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support smooth operations.* Maintain accurate delivery records and follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols.* Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials on the job site.* Consistently completes all required safety documentation throughout the workday to ensure compliance withcompany and regulatory standards.## **What Are We Looking For*** Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record.* Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions.* Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork.* Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work.* Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.## **Work Environment**This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, navigating active construction sites, and operating specialized equipment.
