Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year work history in building construction&maintenance

Ability to lift, carry 50 lbs

Extended periods of bending and crouching required.

Experience with basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry

Experience with Air Conditioning units and mechanical units

Experience with painting, carpet repair

Experience with drywall repair and refinishing

Good customer service, team player

Able to change tasks effectively (multi-tasked orientated)

Ability to work unsupervised

Boiler papers are an asset

Duties

Shampoo carpets

Grounds and landscaping (lawn care, property beautification, sidewalk/parkade maintenance)

Garbage removal

Carpentry, wall repair, flooring and painting

Basic plumbing repairs

Pool operations and service

Boiler checks and basic operation

Electrical troubleshooting

General cleaning of pool area

Other duties as assigned

Schedule Evening - 11:30p - 7:30am
