Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze information and measure the effectiveness of existing operational processes to develop sustainable improvements Collect and analyze process data to develop and recommend practices and procedures focused on improving security, increasing productivity, and reducing costsParticipate in the development of documentation supporting analysis and improvement, including operational requirements, functional specifications, process diagrams, and fit-gap analysis Develop and coordinate the change management strategy, including supporting the development of training and change management activities to accompany new processes and proceduresParticipate in cost-benefit analysis to determine operational needs and support the implementation of changes All other related duties Required Qualifications
