As part of the Concept team, your role will include translating emerging trends into lifestyle collections and maintaining high-quality standards in design execution. Your leadership will not only influence visual identity but also foster collaboration across various departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of design goals.
Key Responsibilities:• Champion new graphic and textile techniques in design • Develop original graphics, repeat patterns, and illustrations • Mentor junior talent and facilitate skill growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive output • Streamline design workflow for continuous improvement
Requirements:• 6–8+ years of experience in textile/graphic design • Degree in Textile, Graphic, or Fashion Design • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite • Strong understanding of production processes • On-site presence required for at least four days a week
