Dév Méta , is a growing local real estate development company that offers inviting living environments and innovative commercial spaces. The company supports its clients through strategic project planning, construction management, and the marketing of residential developments.

To continue successfully delivering its projects and supporting its growth, Dév Méta needs you to join its legal affairs team!

On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in every stage of real estate development projects: analyzing business opportunities, acquiring land, setting up corporate structures and contracts, securing financing, forming partnerships, negotiating with municipalities, and more. In addition to handling real estate transactions and corporate law matters, you will also advise various internal departments on identifying legal risks related to the projects and guide them in interpreting the rights and obligations of the parties once the contracts are signed.

Do you have knowledge of real estate and transactional law? Are you someone who enjoys engaging with business professionals, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and—above all—knows how to simplify legal concepts and translate them into clear, practical, solution-oriented language? We’d love to chat. You must have a strong command of the English language and be a member of the Quebec Bar or the

Chambre des notaires
