Groupe Dynamite is seeking an experienced Fashion Designer in Montréal to contribute to stylish and innovative women's fashion collections. Play a pivotal role in shaping our GARAGE and DYNAMITE lines.
You will be instrumental in translating fashion trends into viable product lines under the guidance of the Divisional Design Manager. Leveraging your 7 years of experience, you will optimize sales and maintain the brand's essence through your designs. Collaborate effectively with different teams to ensure high-quality standards and conduct market research for fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities:• Conceptualize product lines reflecting emerging trends • Coordinate with Product Manager on sales strategies • Create diverse designs that appeal to clientele • Engage with technical teams for garment specifications • Research fabrics and trims within budget constraints
Requirements:• DEC or Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design • At least 7 years of relevant design experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite • Strong sense of color and trend awareness • Bilingual: English and French
