Providing a range of leadership services , including the review and supervision of month‑end close processes and support for accounting operations; Translating client challenges into opportunities for tactical improvement

and developing requirements from a strategic perspective; Advising and supporting clients on various projects , such as year‑end closings, mergers and acquisitions processes, system changes, and the review of internal procedures and processes; Preparing and implementing financial reports , including budgets, performance indicators, and dashboards;Managing client cash flows

and ensuring effective cost control; Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members ; Monitoring the progress of ongoing engagements

while identifying opportunities to address additional client needs; Building and maintaining strong relationships

with clients and team members to foster collaboration. Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting option or other accounting training. 5 to 7 years of consulting experience having managed Finance transformation or process improvement projects CPA designation obtained or in progress is considered an asset Extensive experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, etc.)Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, and presentation skills Ability to work in both English and French, as we serve unilingual English‑speaking clients.
