Calgary Business Development Manager Position, Moncton

ARAG Group is seeking a Calgary-based Business Development Manager to enhance our legal expense insurance portfolio. Focus on building relationships and driving sales through innovative strategies.

In this vital role, you will report to the Director of Broker Partnerships and be tasked with growing existing business and acquiring new clients. With a strong focus on the broker distribution channel, you will leverage your expertise in P&C insurance to identify profitable opportunities and sustain relationships across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:• Build profitable business through targeted sales programs • onboard new programs for clients and provide ongoing care • Monitor trends to identify new sales opportunities • Collaborate internally to improve broker support • Present compelling information to brokers and networks

Requirements:• 3-5 years’ experience in the P&C insurance sector• Level I or II General Insurance Licence • Valid driver’s license • Technologically proficient with MS Office and CRMs • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and build relationships
