Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and report on mortgage or insurance transaction data • Document third-party reporting information accurately • Detect and manage revenue discrepancies • Ensure transactional accuracy in Salesforce • Answer agents’ transaction-related queries

Requirements:• 1-3 years of applicable experience required • Relevant post-secondary education preferred • Proficiency in MS Excel, especially in advanced functions • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written needed
