Healthcare Professional (RRT/RN)– Casual/Part‑time – Bathurst, NB. Key Accountabilities

Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance. Deliver and exchange equipment in client homes, which may involve heavy lifting of equipment up to 60 lbs.Conduct long‑distance travel for in‑home client visits. Provide in‑office consultations with sleep and oxygen patients. Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training with various community partners. Promote Medigas products and services to referral sources. Build and maintain high‑quality client and referral relationships.Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards. Support the training and development of new employees as needed. Participate in a regular on‑call rotation. Required Qualifications

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with current registration (or RPN). Experience

Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred. Homecare and sales experience is an asset. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task. Attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and a strong sense of urgency. Commitment to client and personal safety. Maintain client confidentiality.
