Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships. This role offers unlimited income potential through a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development&Sales:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
Build a strong pipeline of clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies and industry trends.
Negotiate terms of business and service agreements to close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Client Relationship Building:
Understand and assess clients' recruitment needs, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction by managing client expectations effectively throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting&Administration:
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and agreements.
Generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
