About the Role This is an

internal position with Next Match LLC (NextMatch AI) .

We’re looking for a

UI/UX Designer

to help design clean, user-focused experiences for our own platform (candidate flows, employer dashboards, analytics, marketing pages). You’ll turn ideas into intuitive flows, interfaces, and design systems that are ready for development.

Responsibilities

Create

wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate with

product managers and developers

to refine requirements

Conduct or support

user research and usability testing

Build and maintain

design systems and component libraries

Ensure designs are

practical, accessible, and implementable

Requirements

2–5+ years

in UI/UX or Product Design

Strong

portfolio

showcasing web and/or mobile app designs

Proficiency in

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar tools

Solid understanding of

responsive design

and

accessibility

basics

Strong

communication and collaboration

skills, comfortable working remotely

Based in

Canada

and able to work standard North American hours
