As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will utilize your expertise in compensation trends and practices to support internal stakeholders. You will engage with People&Culture Business Partners and senior leaders to design, implement, and facilitate compensation programs. Your analytical skills will help in streamlining processes like annual benchmarking and incentive structures while addressing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:• Advise on compensation and organizational design challenges • Align compensation strategies with business objectives • Support job evaluation and compliance with pay equity • Conduct analysis for mergers and acquisitions integration • Design and manage annual compensation programs
Requirements:• Experience in compensation analyst or consultant roles • Proficient with Workday HRIS or SuccessFactors systems • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Effective collaboration and communication abilities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
