This opportunity blends communication, organization, and professional growth. You’ll work directly with members who have requested information, guiding them through their available options while developing leadership skills along the way. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with members requesting benefit details Arrange and conduct virtual or phone consultations Clearly explain available programs in a professional, easy-to-understand way Use computer systems to process applications and maintain detailed records Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standardsParticipate in structured training programs designed to prepare you for advancement What Makes You a Great Fit
Confident verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and dependable Able to build trust and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required Comfortable collaborating with leadership and team membersSelf-driven while also contributing to a team environment Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada What You Can Expect
